The season will consist of a total of eight episodes, although there is one special feature. Because the first episode will also appear as a director’s cut on the Maushaus streaming service.
This is Feud season 2
The second season will focus on the relationship between legendary author Truman Capote and a group of powerful women. Capote simply called these his “swans.” After gaining the group’s trust, Capote published their secrets in his fictional story “La Cote Basque, 1965” (also known as “Answered Prayers”) in Esquire in 1975. While Truman Capote wanted to paint an intimate portrait of New York society in those years, the women felt deeply insulted and betrayed in their honor.
Tom Hollander (“The White Lotus”) takes on the role of Truman Capote. The “Swans” are led by Naomi Watts (“Mulholland Drive”), Diane Lane (“Unfaithful”), Chloe Sevigny (“Zodiac”), Calista Flockhart (“Ally McBeal”), Demi Moore (“Ghost – Message from Sam “) and Molly Ringwald (“The Breakfast Club”). The late Treat Williams (“Once Upon a Time in America”) will also be seen here as William Paley in his final role. The second season of ‘Feud’ was directed by ‘Good Will Hunting’ creator Gus Van Sant.
