Even with a healthy diet: sweets should always be avoided under any circumstances.

If you cannot do without ice cream, you should choose sherbet. The dairy-free ice cream version has significantly fewer calories, but tastes just as delicious. Fruits such as kiwi, strawberries or lemon sorbet have high vitamin C content.

Since a lollipop keeps you busy for a while, it is the right thing for everyone who wants to lose weight but still cannot do without sweets. There are approximately 50 calories in 20 grams of lollipop. But lollipop fans beware: These delicious desserts, if consumed in excess, cause blood sugar levels to rise sharply and can lead to cravings. Sugar also damages tooth enamel and can cause tooth decay.
