Axl Rose is accused of rape by Sheila Kennedy

Guns N’ Roses singer Axl Rose was indicted this Wednesday in New York for sexually assaulting model and actress Sheila Kennedy in a hotel room more than 30 years ago, in 1989.

In the lawsuit, seen by Rolling Stone magazine, Kennedy accuses Rose of sexually assaulting her the night they met at a New York nightclub where she went to meet a rock band.

“He treated her like property use only for yours sexual pleasure. I do not use preservative. Kennedy he did not give his consent and she felt dominated. She felt that there was no way out and was forced to agree. She believed that if she said no or tried to push him away, Rose would physically attack her, or worse. “She realized that it was safest to lie on the bed and wait for Rose to finish assaulting her,” the lawsuit states.

in A nightclub in New Yorkthe singer invited Kennedy, MTV host Riki Rachtman and another model to a Fun in his hotel room, where the singer allegedly offered guests cocaine and alcohol.

At first, Kennedy and Rose kissed, a gesture that was consensual, “unlike sexual encounter which they later had,” as explained in the lawsuit.

After that, the artist began to have sexual relations with another model and suggested to Rachtman and Kennedy that they have “group sex”but they both refused him and left the room.

As he stepped out into the hallway, Kennedy heard the sound of a glass falling to the floor and the singer calling out. “bitch” model with whom he was in a relationship at the time.

He then left the room and angrily headed to Rachtman’s apartment, where he found Kennedy: enraged, he knocked her down, grabbed her by the hair and dragged her across the floor back to her room, making her knees bloody.

There he put her face down on the bed, tied her hands behind her back with stockings and raped her: “She was lying with her hands tied behind her back, bleeding out, vulnerable and alone with Rose while he was in a state of volatile, sexual rage,” the lawsuit alleges.

This is not the first accusation against Axl Rose

This is not the first time that Axl Rose has been accused of sexual assault: in 1985, he denounced it molested a 15-year-old teenagerand in the 1990s, his wife at the time, Erin Everly, accused him of spitting on her, hitting her, tying her up, pulling her hair several times, and forcing her to sleep with him.

Kennedy filed the suit thanks to the one-year statute of limitations for seeking justice for past sex crimes, which allowed Adult Survivors Act of New York State, which expires this Thursday.
