2 Avocado
one clove of garlic
one Red pepper
3 tablespoons Lemon or lime juice
¾ teaspoon Salt
Carrots:
5 carrots
creme fraîche

preparation

  1. Remove the skin from the avocado. Mash with a fork.
  2. Press the garlic, finely chop the peppers and mix with all the other ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Chop the carrots into finger sized pieces.
  4. Apply cream to the tips to make them look like nails. Insert the cut end into the guacamole.

Dough with Wiener in mummy style

This recipe is simple and quick to prepare. A few edible candy eyes add extra spooky factor.

12 rectangular puff pastry
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 tablespoon harissa
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
one Egg

preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into strips about one centimeter wide. Spread mustard on one half of the strips and harissa on the other half.
  3. Wrap the wienerli with strips of puff pastry. Leave some space for the eyes on one side.
  4. Beat the egg and spread it on the puff pastry.
  5. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with some ketchup. Stick on candy eyes with a little ketchup. Serve immediately.

100 grams butter
400g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
4 Eggs
200g Sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 a pinch of salt
200g Tree nut kernels, coarsely chopped
150g Fame
1 package marshmallow
1 board White chocolate

preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly. Set aside for a short time and let it cool.
  3. Put the eggs, sugar, vanilla powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix until the mixture becomes light in color.
  4. Add melted chocolate. Mix flour and hazelnuts. Pour into a greased mold (∅ 26 cm).
  5. Bake in the lower half of the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  6. Let the brownie cool.
  7. Melt the white chocolate in a water bath.
  8. Place marshmallows on top of brownies. Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallows and let it spill over the edges of the brownies. Let it get hard.
  9. Use the rest of the melted dark chocolate to paint the little ghosts’ eyes and mouths.

3 tablespoons Fame
3 dollars milk
2 dollars vegetable broth

300 grams Vegetables (leeks, carrots, etc.)

2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
400g Beef, minced
2 boxes chopped tomatoes
150g lasagna sheets
50 grams grated cheese

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees with top and bottom heat.
  2. For lasagna, cut the leeks in half lengthwise and wash them thoroughly with cold water. Peel the carrots. Cut the leeks and carrots into pieces about five millimeters in size. Peel the onions and chop them finely.
  3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the onion and meat for three minutes. Add vegetables and fry for about five minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes.
  4. For bechamel sauce, melt the butter in a pan. Add the flour and mix. Add vegetable broth and milk while mixing.
  5. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for ten minutes until the sauce thickens. Stir frequently to prevent the sauce from burning. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fold the vegetable-meat sauce and lasagna sheets alternately into a mold. Spread bechamel sauce on it and finally sprinkle cheese.
  7. Bake the lasagna in the oven for 35 minutes.
  8. Cut bread pieces into tombstones or use crackers. Explain this with ketchup, for example.
