preparation
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees with top and bottom heat.
For lasagna, cut the leeks in half lengthwise and wash them thoroughly with cold water. Peel the carrots. Cut the leeks and carrots into pieces about five millimeters in size. Peel the onions and chop them finely.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the onion and meat for three minutes. Add vegetables and fry for about five minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes.
For bechamel sauce, melt the butter in a pan. Add the flour and mix. Add vegetable broth and milk while mixing.
Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for ten minutes until the sauce thickens. Stir frequently to prevent the sauce from burning. Season with salt and pepper.
Fold the vegetable-meat sauce and lasagna sheets alternately into a mold. Spread bechamel sauce on it and finally sprinkle cheese.
Bake the lasagna in the oven for 35 minutes.
Cut bread pieces into tombstones or use crackers. Explain this with ketchup, for example.
