Sex life of Panamanians

A recent update of the study “Infidelity and the evolution of non-monogamous relationships in Latin America” ​​found that “Panamanians do not have a full sex life” but are satisfied with their stable relationships.

The study concluded that 25% of Panamanians are satisfied with theirs sex life and only 30% described her as “full and happy”, while 45% said she was “unhappy”.

According to these data obtained by the consulting company Dive Marketing for Gleeden (a platform for extramarital dating), Panamanians are more satisfied with their stable relationships than with their sex life.

60% of those who participated in the survey said they did satisfied with their relationshipwhich means that sex is not the main factor that is important for them to make the relationship work, but they take other factors into account.

Mariona Gabarra, a sexologist, analyzed this data and clarified some things about it, stating that it was traditionally believed that when a couple is together for a long time, the passionate part decreases or people stick to relationships where they are not happy and sexuality does not work, but this is changing, we have moved towards a more liberal society.

Women do not see it as a priorityr husband or familyHowever, Gabarra points out that he went to the opposite extreme, it is believed that one can have a satisfying sex life with short relationships, which is not the case.

It is usual that in relationships stable sex life they disappear due to routine, therefore a solution or help must be sought as in other areas of health.

“On the sexual front, no one taught us how to maintain passion, spark, but power, it is possible… My big advice… is sexual education, therapy for couples as soon as the first bump appears.
