Tipiqueros are canceling their dance events

Several tipiqueros were forced to cancel the dance events they had scheduled for this weekend due to the situation the country is going through.

In a recent statement, dated October 27, Alejandro Torres and “Estrellas del Ritmo” reported the suspension of their presentations in different locations throughout the country.

“(…) We made this decision to protect integrity and security of our musicians and followers, while at the same time standing in solidarity with the Panamanian people,” the letter reads.

The press release signed by Torres states that presentations They are suspended “until further notice”.

Since the protests started on October 23rd, typical music artists have been affected, as they have since had to cancel their dance events.
