Birdy, a creation by choreographer LAI Hung, in which the choreographer explores the complex dynamics of freedom and oppression, delving into the connection between the social context and communities in Taiwan: how seemingly trivial events such as emotions, interactions Social or long-term effects of history consciously or unconsciously imbue society with fear, conflict or balance.
Through dancers portraying the image of a cage and a dreamer, Lai skilfully expands the boundaries between an individual’s most intimate feelings, the dynamics of relationships and the broader context of the individual within society, culture or the world in which we live.

Strømgren Kompani, on Saturday, October 21 at 20:00 at the magnificent National Theatre.
This excellent company will present itself with the piece “Ministry of Unsolved Feelings”, a creation of the Norwegian choreographer Jo Stromgren, where the Ministry of Unsolved Cases has few resources but an important mission.
