Stress is also a cause that can lead to widespread hair loss. Since there are various factors that stress the body, such as insomnia, it is beneficial to treat the cause of the stress, if possible.
If you notice that your hair is starting to fall out more due to stress, you can try consciously planning rest days, exercising, meeting friends, or going to bed earlier if possible to minimize stress.
