“7 vs. Wild”: Fans have bad suspicions after the first trailer

After the second season of “7 vs. Wild” was even more successful than the first, the next chapter is awaited with maximum excitement. This time the new episodes appear for the first time in Germany on the Amazon service Freevee, where they are also available for free. It should be ready in the autumn/winter of this year.

A YouTube trailer (see below) now shows the first moving images of the third season. There are several shocking moments on display here. It is not surprising that fans are already actively discussing the chances for which team.

Fritz Meinecke, co-founder of the show, competes in the Canadian wilderness with Survival Mattin. “I see something you don’t see,” he says to his team partner in a striking scene.

“Completely torn animal,” says Survival Mattin in shock. The camera does not currently show the alleged carcass, so the video stimulates the imagination.

A (living) wolf can also be seen in the video. Which team this four-legged friend might encounter remains unclear for the time being. All in all, the preview is dominated by tense moments: “This is shit,” complains, for example, Joey Kelly, who is in a fight with Jan Schklap.

But it seems that the ‘sons of nature’ have been particularly hard hit. “It’s not funny anymore, Gerrit has fallen again,” Andy reports in one scene. His colleague sits on the forest floor and appears extremely resigned.

“Things aren’t looking good for the sons of nature,” said one user on Reddit. On the other hand, since the series already had many twists and turns in the previous seasons, you should not be too hasty in betting on an early exit for Gerrit and Andy.

In the meantime, the teams’ hiding places are already being watched with interest. “Max and Rumathra probably have their hideout on the coast, I’m curious if there is actually anyone in the forest.”, for example, writes a user on Reddit. Another person notes below that Hannah Assil and Monkey on Bike may have set up camp in the woods. Joey and Jan, on the other hand, “probably opted for a hybrid of cave and shelter.”

By the way, it was Joey Kelly who recently revealed new information about the release of the third season – or at least wanted to reveal it. “It will be available on Amazon starting October 30th – I think – and four weeks later on the ‘7 vs. Wild’ channels, that is to say YouTube,” he said on ZDF about “Volle Kanne”.

However, Amazon originally announced that it would publish the new episodes on Freevee on Tuesdays and Fridays. But October 30 is a Monday. The trailer only mentions “Fall/Winter”.
