Kevin Costner and Westerns – they just belong together. With the box office hit ‘Dances with Wolves’ he breathed new life into the genre that was thought to be dead more than 30 years ago, went on to star in other Western films such as ‘Open Range’ and ‘Wyatt Earp’ and was part of the cast. of the hyped Neo-Western series “Yellowstone”, from which he left due to a dispute – partly because he wanted to devote himself to his mega-project “Horizon: An American Saga”.
According to the first teaser, the Western epic will be released in two parts. And those who fear that they will have to wait just as long between “Avengers 3” and “Avengers 4” (i.e. a year) can breathe a sigh of relief after the release of the first teaser trailer. It’s not entirely clear at this point if he thinks Costner is planning more parts of his passion project down the road But further sequels already have the green light. The report suggests that the first film double could even be the split first part, with three more parts, perhaps each split in two, following. It remains to be seen whether the project will actually be that gigantic.
