Madonna has postponed her “Celebration” tour because the singer is suffering from a “serious bacterial infection” that has forced her to spend several days in the intensive care unit (ICU), her representative Guy Oseary reported Wednesday.
“On Saturday 24.6. Madonna she developed a serious bacterial infection for which she was admitted to the ICU for several days. His health is improving, but he is still under medical care. He is expected to make a full recovery,” Oseary said in a statement posted on his Instagram profile.
The artist was about to start her tour next July 15 at Vancouver (Canada).
