The Investigative Court No. 8 in A Coruña made a decision this Wednesday on the temporary rejection and filing of the lawsuit filed by Sandra Ortega against him who was his right hand in Rosp Corunna, Jose Francisco Leyte, whom he accused of the alleged criminal offense of abuse and dishonest management.
