In terms of nutrition, they looked for a high-protein diet with balanced carbohydrates, with a regimen of adequate vitamins to complete this preparatory work, which athletes sometimes neglected.

In addition, they took care of the necessary recovery time, using ice baths to reduce inflammation resulting from a week of high-intensity training.

The focus of training is also aimed at psychological, an influential factor in training that many athletes forget and that must be an integral part of the athlete, to the extent that it turns into a lifestyle, something fun, that fulfills us, makes us grow as people and makes us happy, despite being demanding for Jiu Jitsu
