Morgan Stanley increases its weighting in Applus to close to 10%

US investment bank Morgan Stanley increased its stake in Spain’s Applus to 9.752 percent from 8.812 percent previously, while Victory Capital Management fund amassed a 1.321 percent stake in the company, according to National filings.
