The blogger posted a video with a statement about programming people using a video for the song “Turn on the Light” by Leonid Agutin. Mamaev said the video “is aimed at brainwashing” and is aimed at brainwashing Russians with the Freemasons.

The singer was outraged by the blogger’s strange claims and sued him. Today, the performer commented on this process for the first time. The former mentor of the “Voices” program noted that before the court’s decision became final, the lawyer strongly advised him to refrain from commenting. Now that the decision has come into force, the artist has expressed his position on the whole story.

“This character took my music video so emotionally “Turn on the light”that there I saw a sea of ​​numbers indicating my connection with world Freemasonry, whatever that means, world conspiracies and the global cooling that led to the extinction of mammoths many years ago, Agutin explained. – At first I tried very hard to understand the author’s logic, but in my opinion it is impossible. I then showed the material to the press service, who tried to contact the author and find out what he was trying to say. It turns out that said character turned out to be a banal fake sensationalist, throwing mud at famous people in order to attract an audience to his, as I understand, completely unpopular channel. As a result, I acted like any normal person who encounters inappropriate aggressive behavior affecting their interests – I took this case to a lawyer.

The lawyer noted that the defendant first talked about his legal education and vast experience. But then he began to change the places of his registration, from Orel to Tula and Novosibirsk, in order to delay the process as much as possible. In this regard, Mamaev did not appear in court.

“His fear of facing reality proved so great, as we understand, that he left Russia urgently after selling all his possessions,” the lawyer said. – Realizing that there would be no clear explanations, the court appointed an investigation that confirmed the violation of the rights of the plaintiff Leonid Nikolayevich Agutin. Then the court of first instance issued a legal and reasoned decision, which fully satisfied the plaintiff’s claims.

Mamaev was not satisfied with this decision and wrote several complaints. But the appeals court also confirmed Agutin’s position. He emphasized: “Recognize the information contained in the video of Mamaev Ilya Aleksandrovich as false and discrediting the business reputation of the individual businessman Agutin Leonid Nikolayevich “What a light Agutin will light”including that in the Agutina LN clip “Turn on the light” contains symbols and propaganda of Freemasonry, Satanism. Oblige Mamaev Ilya Alexandrovich and Zinenko Artem Ivanovich within three days from the date of adoption of the court decision in this case to remove the video “What a light Agutin will light” from all the pages on the Internet on which the defendants Mamaev Ilya Alexandrovich and Zinenko Artem Ivanovich place it. Obliging Ilya Aleksandrovich Mamaev and Artem Ivanovich Zinenko within three days from the date of adoption of the court decision in this case to state as a refutation of the false information contained in the video of Ilya Alexandrovich Mamaev “What a light Agutin will light”the statement of the court decision in the present case on the Internet on the account (blog) of the defendants.

Angelika Varumová’s husband also demanded compensation for moral damage from this lawsuit. “The amount to be recovered is expected to be substantial. I hope that this will turn out to be a good lesson for such citizens who will not disdain anything for the sake of their basic goals, “said lawyer Leonida Agutina.
