On the night of May 2, one of the biggest fashion events of the year, the Met Gala, will take place in New York. Celebrities from the world of fashion and show business will gather at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. This year’s Costume Institute Ball will be dedicated to the legacy of iconic fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld, who died in 2019.

On the eve of the event, Irina Shayk remembered the outfits in which she appeared at the ball. In 2017, she wore a light lilac floral embroidered dress with a drawstring at the back and a cheeky thigh slit. The image was completed with sandals to match the outfit.

A year later, Irina again bet on sexuality, wearing a tight-fitting dress made of translucent fabric with frills and a slit on the hem. The outfit with a neckline emphasized the magnificent breasts of the chosen Bradley Cooper. This time, the model pulled her long hair into an elegant bun. She looked feminine and provocative at the same time.

In 2019, Shayk made a splash. She came to the event in a gold Versace dress with a dizzying neckline almost to the waist, a split from the hips and a long train. Ruska became the star of the evening and her impressive outfit went down in the history of the Costume Institute Ball.

In 2020, Irina chose a more elegant look, but no less spectacular. She opted for a fitted blue velvet dress with voluminous gloved sleeves. This time, the model could not refuse the deep neckline, which also attracted attention thanks to the massive brooch.

The following year, the native of Jemanželinsk showed her most open image. She appeared in a “nude” dress, decorated with embroidery in the form of flowers.

After the see-through dress sensation, Shayk changed her strategy dramatically. In 2022, she appeared at the prom in her most modest outfit. The catwalk star wore a leather shirt, waistcoat, tie, jacket, trousers and gloves. Irina refused bright makeup, but complemented the outfit with spectacular earrings.
