Make money: what made the richest bloggers in Russia famous and how they made their millions

According to statistics, Valeria Chekalina, known as Lerchek, earned 1 billion rubles. At the same time, it recorded the largest increase in sales by 52.2%. She became famous thanks to fitness marathons and then started producing her own cosmetics. But in 2023, she began to have serious problems with the law – the blogger and her husband were accused of not paying taxes in the amount of 300 million and banned from using social networks for two months.

Mitroshina’s income for 2022 was 650 million rubles and grew by 30%. The blogger was also reluctant to deduct taxes from them – she owed the state about 120 million rubles, but this fact confuses her a little. Mitroshina currently lives in Dubai, where she bought a property, and continues to sell her promotion courses on social media.

Did you expect to see at least Blinovská with bronze? But no – the expert on marathons of desire did not make it into the top 5 at all. Third place was taken by 23-year-old Ayaz Shabutdinov, who calls himself an information businessman. The man became famous for getting rich quick and now teaches others the “billionaire mindset” in webinars. One of his recent courses that has created a lot of buzz online is called How to Marry a Billionaire.

Oksana was promoted in the network, first thanks to the image of a happy wife and mother, then she was provided by family dramas with Dzhigan. However, Samoilova herself does not position herself as an entrepreneur. Oksana’s best-known business is a cosmetics brand, which, however, is repeatedly criticized on the Internet for both plagiarism and poor product quality.

The top of the most successful bloggers is rounded off by Gohar Avetisyan, who started out as a beauty blogger, but has recently become more known for her fight for the “perfect figure”. The whole country watched Gohar’s weight loss almost live (as the “divorce” of Samoilov and Dzhigan once did) – the blogger published candid photos and spoke frankly about his troubles, including an unsuccessful breast plastic surgery.
