Unhappy 2013: what caused the death of the hero of “Fast and Furious” Paul Walker

Next week marks the 7th anniversary of Paul Walker’s death. The actor died on November 30, 2013 in a car accident. That day, he and a friend attended a Reach Out Worldwide fundraiser for victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines, held in Santa Clarita, California. On the way back, he got into a friend’s car in the passenger seat. No one knows how events unfolded. All that is known is that the actor’s friend lost control and hit a pole at breakneck speed, the car caught fire.

Both died on the spot as a result of their injuries and burns. On December 14, 2013, Paul Walker was buried in a cemetery in Glendale, California.

The actor is survived by his daughter Meadow. She often remembers her father on her blog and publishes archival photos of them together. The girl admits that she misses her father and would like to talk to him about many things.

1. Paul got his debut role on television when he was less than two years old. He appeared in a diaper commercial.

2. At the age of eleven, Walker could already be considered a celebrity. He played roles in several series, took part in the filming of TV shows and, with varying degrees of success, became the face of an advertising campaign for a specific product.

3. Paul has always considered researcher Jacques-Yves Cousteau his idol in the world of science. Inspired by his example, Walker began to study marine biology as well as scuba diving – a hobby he would have wanted to pursue for the rest of his life had he not become an actor. In his interviews, Walker often admitted that marine biology captured his heart long before he decided on his future.

4. Once, Paul even went with the film crew to Mexico, where they spent almost two weeks filming sharks. Walker has worked on many marine animal documentaries that have since been screened by National Geographic.

5. Paul was a great father, which is confirmed by the fact that when Paul broke up with the mother of his daughter Meadow, the girl preferred to spend time with her dad. She traveled with Walker when he worked on films, the actor tried to devote his free time to his daughter.

6. Paul was professionally engaged in martial arts. His forte was jiu-jitsu, in which Walker had a brown belt.

7. The actor was the founder of a charitable foundation that supports victims of natural phenomena and disasters. His generosity was legendary, one story was this: while walking through town, Paul noticed a couple in a jewelry store picking out a ring – Paul asked them to put it on his account.

8. Vin Diesel’s daughter got her name in honor of Paul Walker – Paulina.

9. Paul has two younger brothers who participated in the filming of the last movie “Fast and Furious” with Walker. Their faces were computerized into that of their brother Brian.

10. The actor really liked motorsport. He raced and constantly tested new cars. It was this passion that led to the tragic and untimely death of the world-famous actor.
