“Ozon apologized and said they would return the money to the card within two or three days,” Ksenia said. “I don’t know whose fault it was – the courier or during shipping, but in my opinion it was the fault of those who packed this figure, the sellers. It was disgustingly packed!”
The ex-wife of businessman Kurban Omarova assured that she was satisfied with Ozon’s quick response. However, the TV presenter noted that this problem was not resolved. Marusya and Teona’s mother asked fans to give her a gift.
