A vegan activist made a resonating event in the center of Moscow. In the main square of Russia, not far from the mausoleum, an American was walking with a calf. The lady with the animal was noticed by patrol officers who were on duty in the city center.
“The law enforcement officers on Red Square immediately detained a woman who was walking there with a calf. She was a 34-year-old US citizen. According to the detainee, she bought the animal in Avit and decided to take it for a walk,” the police told TASS.
The offender was taken to the police station. A protocol was drawn up against the American woman according to Article 20.2. Code of Administrative Offenses (“Violation of the established procedure for holding an assembly, assembly, demonstration, march or demonstration”). Alice Day faces administrative arrest for up to 15 days, a fine or forced labor.
For many years, the woman adheres to the principles of vegetarianism and publicly condemns people who eat animal meat. Day has already become famous for her extravagant promotions around the world. She deals with rescuing animals – the activist buys them and then goes for a walk with them.
In 2021, a US citizen appeared in the Ukrainian Dnipro. She walked around the city with a calf and a pig, which she settled in her rented apartment. Alicia excelled in Poland last fall. There she bought a ram, which she exhibited in the center of Warsaw.
Day recently migrated to Russia, where she rented an apartment in Reutov, near Moscow. The American woman explained that she had rented a truck to get to Red Square with her calf.
Users are curious about what happens to the animals after the performances of the US citizen, because she does not stay in one place for long. Notably, activist methods have already received mixed reviews in the UK.
In 2019, she rescued a pig from a farm outside London. Alicia paid £30 for a tailed dog called Jixie Pixie who was sent to the kitchen of a local pub. She spent another £400 to transport the pig from Exeter, Devon, to London, the Daily Mail reports.
The woman settled with her pet in a small two-room apartment in Southall in the west of the British capital. She demonstrated how to take a bath with a pig and visit a vegetarian store with him. Despite these expenses, the activist was criticized by animal rights activists for housing the animal in unsuitable conditions.
