“Strong stress, I was nervous”: Regina Todorenko dramatically lost weight during the “Ice Age”

In the new season of the Ice Age, participants who have already participated in the project took to the ice. Regina again fought for victory: this time her partner was Alexander Enbert.

However, the project of Ilya Averbukhova turned out to be full of emotions for a young mother: Regina tried to combine training with raising children and sometimes breastfed her youngest son before going on the ice.

This regimen greatly affected Todorenko’s health. “During the filming of the project, I lost a lot of weight. And for every rental, general run, I lost 500 grams – a lot of stress, I was nervous and scared, ”admitted Regina.

She lamented that her new weight might turn her into a cruel joke. “And either because it was easier or because it got stronger, she jumped by doing somersaults in the air. If it hadn’t been for Sasha, an ambulance would have taken me away,” Vlado Topalova’s wife said in an interview with Teleprogramma.pro.

The actress showed the results of her weight loss. She posed in a crop top and tight pants. “Happiness is when you fit into the tightest pants in your closet,” assured the star.
