Not Dad, But a Dream: Principles of Raising Daughters by Ryan Reynolds

Ryan Reynolds would be named father of the year without hesitation. Together with Blake Lively, they raise three daughters – James, Inez and Betty.

Reynolds previously admitted that he never saw himself as a father (especially to girls), but with the arrival of his daughters, his world was turned upside down. “I’m 100% a father to my girls and I love this business,” he says.

Ryan and Blake are about to become parents for the fourth time. It is already interesting who they will have, but for now we are talking about the basic principles of upbringing that the actor observes in relation to his girls.

First (and perhaps most importantly), Ryan protects the little ones from prying eyes and rarely posts photos with them on social media. Even less often they go out with them, and these public appearances of dad and daughter are always imbued with tenderness and care.

The actor is sure that there is nothing more important than love and quality time spent with girls. So he tries to give James, Inez and Betty the best. Despite his busy schedule, he devotes himself to the girls as much as possible. But you know what is much more important – Ryan is attentive to the requests of his daughters. A 6am walk? Sure, no problem!

You agree that in the confusion of things, tired and preoccupied with the multitude of daily problems, we cannot always respond to such seemingly deceptive requests of children. But this is perhaps the most important thing – that they will remember it with pleasure in adulthood. Blake can be proud of her husband.
