This full length dress is from the famous designer’s Fall/Winter 2016 collection.

The creators described it as “a black tulle gown with a silk organza skirt, hand appliquéd with a silk tulle ruffle and embroidered with gold feathers.” At the moment, according to Express, dresses can only be purchased on an individual order.
