“Stanislav Andrejevič is in the hospital in a regular ward. He had pressure drops, but now everything is fine, now everything is normal. Just to be sure, they are not letting him go home yet. But he is preparing for the premiere, his thoughts are exclusively about the theater,” said Vadim Vernik, deputy director of the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater for public relations, in an interview with TASS.
The staff of the Botkin hospital, where Lyubshin was taken, rated the artist’s condition as moderate. The movie star’s blood pressure is 110 over 75, pulse 70. Yevgeny Kindinov also confirmed the corresponding problems with Stanislav Andreevich. In an interview with “360”, Kindinov explained that the artist is now better and has probably been released from the hospital.
This year, Lyubshin celebrated his anniversary. He lived to be 90 years old. The artist was born in the village of Vladykino in the Moscow region in the family of an agronomist and a cowgirl. He graduated from the Higher Theater School of MS Shchepkin. In 1959, Lyubshin went to work at the Sovremennik Theater, he was recommended by Oleg Tabakov himself. The star’s first role was Slávka in the play “Five Evenings”.
Stanislav Andreevich worked at the Taganka Theater, named after the theater. Ermolova, Theater on Malaya Bronnaya. Lyubshin made his film debut in 1957, playing in the film “Leningrad Symphony”. In the film “Shield and Sword” he embodied the image of the intelligence officer Alexander Belov or Johann Weiss. In 1968, Soviet Screen magazine named him the best actor. Lyubshin married twice. His first chosen one was Svetlana, whom the artist met as a student. The marriage lasted more than 40 years, the couple raised sons Yuri and Vadim. In Poland, Stanislav Andreevich met Irina Korneeva. Despite the forty-year age difference, they got married.
