Mick Schumacher is the only son and second child of Michael and his wife Corinna. He was born in 1999, two years after the birth of his sister Gina Marie.

The boy’s interest in racing was awakened in his childhood. And it is surprising for such a father – the main triumphs of Schumacher fell on Mick’s early years. Five years in a row, from 2000 to 2004, the Formula 1 star became world champion and no one could compete with him.

Mick started his career in 2008 when he was just nine years old racing go-karts. In order not to attract increased attention to himself, the heir to the great Schumacher decided to appear under his mother’s maiden name – Bech.

This allowed Mick to get into Formula 1, where he played for the Haas team, but eventually lost his place, although his results were good. The best was the sixth place at the Austrian Grand Prix 2022. But now Mick is the reserve pilot of the McLaren team.

The personal life of the racing son was not in the limelight until recently, but recently everything has changed. Mick has a new girlfriend – 22-year-old Dane with Bosnian roots Laila Hasanovic.

Layla is a model and influencer. In 2019, she participated in the Miss Denmark beauty contest. Laila and Mick started dating in the summer of 2023, so they are enjoying their romance so far – for example, they managed to relax on a yacht in Saint-Tropez.
