“I didn’t come for sex, but to drink”: Alexey Panin said how he was arrested drunk in a brothel in Estonia 09/06/2023, 09:05

The actor of the film “Zhmurki” went on a rampage in Estonia. At the border with Russia, he succumbed to a wave of nostalgia and drank too much. Instead of going to sleep in a hotel, Alexey Panin (included in the list of persons acting as a foreign agent) he went, as they say, in search of adventure. It was about three o’clock in the morning, the store no longer sold alcohol, so the scandalous Russian went to the institution, which was operating at that time of day.

“I went there at night. In Estonia they can’t drink here, well, like in Russia actually at night. You can only drink in some bars that work until late or in brothels. I didn’t come there for sex, I just came to drink, “said Panin.

However, the man below the step was behaving inappropriately and started breaking into the rooms. Of course, the visitors didn’t like it. Fearing another conflict, the employees of the half-bohemian institution called the police, who tied up the rapist and took him to the department.

Aleksey confirmed the fact that he was detained by Estonian law enforcement officers, but denies the words of witnesses that he was fighting and breaking dishes. “It turned out to be a domestic dispute. They behaved like beasts, and of course I sent them all three cheerful letters. Then they called the police and decided to isolate me in the so-called local detention station, “said the actor.

During the arrest, Panin behaved calmly, only trying to beg the police for a cigarette. His Estonian friend, whom he called to pick him up and save him, refused to deal with the problems of a rampaging emigrant at such a late hour.

Panin assures that he has not violated Estonian law. According to him, no criminal proceedings have been initiated against him, the question of expulsion from Estonia or deportation to Russia is not on the table. However, the emigrant remained resentful of the locals.

“It was my fault but the people who called the police were dishonest. And the employees of this institution not only drove me out, to put it mildly, for money, but also managed to complain about me, say three boxes, which I did not do,” the Baza Telegram channel quotes the artist.

The next morning, the scandalous actor came into contact with a thoroughly crumpled face against the backdrop of gray-blue government walls. He admitted that he had trouble opening his eyes. Panin assured that it was a small incident with the police. According to him, arguing over a tram ticket is like in Russia. “In the morning, 58 channels called me from all over the world – from Israel, from America. It’s not worth the trouble,” said Alexey. However, because of the rampage in Tallinn, the actor missed his flight to Paris.
