“I have a big house next to Harry and Meghan’s property. I live in a guesthouse and rent the main house. I live within walking distance of the former kings. Harry and Meghan live on the Old McCormick estate and I went to their gate with movies on CD. But they weren’t interested,” Frank said in his memoir, Get Off Your Street.
At the entrance to the premises, the man was met by a patrol who did not even open the gate for him. “The guy at the gate turned me down and didn’t want to take the film, he just said, ‘They’re not interested.’ I was just trying to be a neighbor,” the New York Post quoted the veteran as saying.
McGinity explained that the Dukes of Sussex do not participate in the life of the local community. He wondered why the couple had chosen this quiet place to live in the first place. “We don’t see them here very often. It’s amazing that they settled next to us. As a rule, older people live here. Elephants come here to die,” joked the pensioner.
