The couple is raising two sons – seven-year-old David, from the ex-husband of the artist, Jordanian Raed Bani, and Daniel, who was born on May 3. Hope shared the traits of motherhood.

“Now I’m not breastfeeding Daniil,” Angarskaya admitted in an exclusive interview with VOICE. – As with the first child – it didn’t work out. The moon is everything. Of course, Dana would be happy. But on the other hand, with so much filming and touring, it would be difficult for me.

In the first two months, the youngest son of the TV presenter slept restlessly at night. This week, however, the child makes her happy – two nights in a row, they woke up only twice, at around 3 am and at 7 am. The actress is helped by a nanny who raised her first child – she comes to three hours a day.

“While the nanny is on a walk with the child, I can do some housework, at least wash myself and prepare for the next filming,” explained Naděžda. — While we have dad vacations in the summer. There is also a grandmother who visits us two days a week. And there is another grandmother – my mother. We call her when needed. My sister is there too. In general, there are many people, there is someone to rely on. To have a babysitter for 12 hours – there is no such thing.

After the first birth, Angarskaya could not rely on the help of her foreign husband. She devoted all her time to the child. Now the TV star does not want to make a mistake.

“I was ashamed to leave the baby with the nanny and go to work,” said the artist. – Dad didn’t really sit with the child, I don’t remember him watching over him. And now I do not refuse anyone’s help and even insist that he help me, True, everyone helps anyway. Now I have more time for myself.”

After the birth of her first child, Naděžda gained weight, but in 2018 she lost 30 kg. Now he is also losing weight. Winner of the reality show “The Last Hero. Spectators against the stars” the sportsman husband refused to help.

“Kolya really wants to take part in it, but I really don’t want to,” assured the TV presenter. – Because we are already everywhere together – both on vacation and at home, on dates and on vacation. I’m really just kidding (smiles). It seems to me that I will be ashamed to do some exercises or something else in his presence, especially if something goes wrong. Of course, she encourages me, says, “Great,” sits with the baby when I’m working out on the trainer and when our babysitter can’t.

Angarskaya revealed her main secrets of losing weight. He tries to eat. Sports, an active lifestyle and good sleep are important to her.

“Recently I met a woman who said that you can’t do all this, but just breathe correctly,” shared Nadezhda. — I haven’t used this life hack yet, but I understand that I have to do breathing exercises. Of course, you need to do tests and go to doctors, because the doctor is our best motivation. Once you see that your cholesterol, bilirubin, glucose, insulin – whatever – is out of whack – you start thinking: something must be wrong, what about it. Any doctor will tell you – activity – naturally, except for some other diseases. I cannot say that obesity is not a serious disease. I go to doctors often. I recently went to the gynecologist – I went through all the tests that are possible. I want to go to an endocrinologist soon. Weight loss work in progress. Not quickly, but at least it’s started.”
