The pop star immigrated to Israel last year, but the summers are too hot for her. Alla Borisovna likes to spend July and August in Jurmala. This year, the People’s Artist of the USSR did not change her habits and, together with her relatives, settled in the Villa Marta, which was built in 1928 and is considered one of the most luxurious on the shores of the Gulf of Riga.
The main two-story building with panoramic windows, columns and stucco has four bedrooms, a spacious living room, a spa complex, a gym, a cinema room, a library with a fireplace, a conservatory and other facilities. There are also several guesthouses, a tennis court, a garage and a security room on the territory.
Pugacheva occupied the estate until the end of the summer. Usually, renting this villa during the season costs 100 thousand euros per month (about 10 million rubles). Until recently, the residence belonged to businessman Viktor Krasovitský. Primadona has known the former owner of Parex Banka for a long time and has always received a solid discount. The singer’s traditional holiday in the Latvian resort was threatened in 2016 when the owner put Marta up for sale. He originally asked for 15 million euros for luxury housing, but due to lack of demand, he was forced to reduce the price by more than half. Today it was revealed that the villa was bought by the American billionaire Alexander Shustorovich. The purchase cost him 6 million euros.
The transaction was accompanied by a scandal, lawsuits continue between the former and current owner. So Shustorovich insisted on buying the house with all the contents, and at the same time, Krasovitsky’s children tried to take out expensive furniture, appliances and interior items. In addition, the businessman tried to get ownership of the land on which the property is located, reports KP.
However, Alla Borisovna did not suffer from these disputes and still uses Marta under privileged conditions. The star was on a short leg and with the new owner of the villa. Alexander is a native of the Union, his father was a corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. As a teenager, he immigrated to the United States with his parents. In 2000, Shustorovich returned to Russia, then flashed in a gossip column. The businessman lived in the same house in Filippovsky Lane as Pugacheva.
