Back in March, the fashion designer and his wife Marina visited Pugachev’s villa in Israel. When the singer learned about his death, he flew to Moscow.

On May 6, the designer was seen off on his last journey by Dmitry Malikov, Natasha Koroleva, Anita Tsoi, Oleg Gazmanov and other artists. Naděžda Babkina also took part in the sad ceremony. After her, the TV presenter reproached Pugachev that she greeted her, but did not want to communicate with anyone. The mother of many children refused to stay in the wake. Nikas Safron commented on her behavior.

“I was at Valya’s funeral, but I didn’t see Pugacheva there,” assured the artist. “Someone told me later that she was following me. I don’t know which of her colleagues she greeted or didn’t greet. But if we met, I would of course say hello to her. Alla was not at the wake that was organized after the funeral. But no one condemned her for her absence. There were a lot of famous people there. Everyone was talking only about Yudashkin and was consumed by this tragic death.

Nikas tried to protect Alla Borisovna from the attacks of her colleagues. He emphasized that on that tragic day, the 74-year-old singer did not have time to communicate with friends.

“I think that our stars who were at the funeral should not be offended that Alla did not communicate with them during the recent visit to Russia. Nevertheless, she buried a close friend – Pugacheva loved Yudashkin, she was friends with him for many years, I think his sudden departure was not easy for her. I’m sure she was immersed in grief and didn’t particularly notice anyone around. After all, a funeral is not a holiday, but a mourning event. Most likely, if she joyfully threw herself into the arms of her acquaintances, then she would be condemned even more. The main thing is that she found the strength to fly and cut off her friend on his last journey, “said Safronov to the Prozvezd portal.

On the way to the cemetery and back, Pugachev was supported by a friend, fashion designer Igor Guljaev. As the pop star approached her car, fans surrounded her. They asked for her autograph, signed books, asked if she had left Russia forever. Afterwards, the Diva responded sharply to the fans.

At the funeral, only the press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, approached Pugacheva and kissed her hand. “I am very glad to see you,” he said. The cordial communication of the official representative of the Kremlin with the emigrant and the wife of a foreign agent was perceived by many as an indication that her anti-Russian statements will be forgiven if she returns to her homeland.
