This is the actual consumption of the Honda CR-V
Autovisie not only tests electric cars for their range and consumption, we also measure what they consume in practice compared to gasoline and hybrid cars. This time we test how economical the latest Honda CR-V is.
The difference between the manufacturer’s information and the actual consumption is large for some cars. For this reason, Autovisie tests the actual average consumption in practice, for example with the air conditioning and radio on. This will give you a better idea of how economical the car really is.
Honda CR-V
The plug-free Honda CR-V hybrid is available from 56,730 euros as a front-wheel drive model in one equipment level; there are two AWD options to choose from. But here we are driving the plug-in hybrid, which is only available as “Advance Tech” for 63,905 euros.

Normally, the Honda CR-V’s 184 hp electric motor does most of the propulsion work, while the 148 hp two-liter gasoline engine acts as a range extender in the background. But if that’s more efficient, the 2.0 can also be coupled directly to the front wheels.
With careful right footing and avoiding the highway on the cool, but not particularly cold, winter days, the Honda CR-V’s battery was empty after just 58 kilometers. The Honda then achieved a consumption of 1:16.7.
