The apartment complex that Fiat will build will consist of 300 apartments, some of which already have furnished interiors. The design is based on the 500.

Different types of apartments are being created. You can choose between a studio, a one-bedroom apartment or a two-bedroom apartment.

Carpool

In addition to the apartments, there will also be several facilities and social areas, such as a public workspace and a pool table. The complex will also cooperate with a car sharing service. Of course only Fiat 500 in the fleet.

The Italian car manufacturer is working with UNLMTD Real Estate to build the complex. The company says it will provide more information about the project next year.
