In an interview with the “Times,” a fighter codenamed “Caesar” explains what weapons should be in the possession of the troops. “We have mortars, armored vehicles, Stinger missiles, portable anti-tank systems and a very effective reconnaissance drone unit,” says Caesar. In addition, “Caesar” also said that all members of the “Legion of Freedom of Russia” are Russian citizens. “We are not a gang of criminals or a private military company like Wagner.
