At least two children and one adult were killed in Kiev after a new Russian attack

At least three people died, including two childrenin the capital of Ukraine during the new attack of Russia in the early hours of this Thursday which also left at least ten injured.

According to the city’s Military Administration, it was an attack on “security systems”. land rockets operational tactics”, and not fighter jets or drones as is usual in night attacks on the capital.

Despite the fact that these missiles were destroyed by the Ukrainian defense systems, the Administration assures, debris fell on the health center and the multi-storey building where they died – among them two children aged 5 or 6 and 12 and 13 respectively – in Desná district, on the outskirts of Kyiv .

Several buildings in the Dnipro district, in the central part, were also hit, where debris damaged another apartment building and cars that were parked and burned. The authorities have reported that there are also injuries, although the situation is being analyzed and there are no figures yet.

According to Kyiv Mayor Vitaly Klitschko, there are at least 14 injured, nine of whom were hospitalized, and five received medical assistance at the scene of the incident. He also ensured that emergency services had already extinguished the fire caused by falling debris on several vehicles.
