China announces next space mission for Tuesday Drugs, sex, violence: serious allegations against Rammstein singer Lindemann

China plans to launch its next manned space mission on Tuesday.

At 9:31 a.m. local time, the Shenzhou 16 spacecraft will depart the Jiuquan Cosmodrome in the northwest of the People’s Republic for the now fully operational Tiangong (Heaven’s Palace) space station, the Chinese space agency announced Monday. The spaceship’s crew consists of three astronauts. Your mission into space is expected to last about five months.

The “Tiangong” space station supports China’s ambitions to become a space power and overtake the great spacefaring nations of the US and Russia. With their lofty ambitions in space, the Beijing state leadership cares about national prestige, but also about the global technological pioneering role they want to challenge the US. More missions to the Moon and Mars are planned in the medium term. (sda/dpa)
