The United States Armed Forces discovered the existence new globe which flew over the territory of the USA, this time over the coast of Hawaii. The military has been tracking the balloon since late last week, as it was first detected last Friday.
Finally, after confirming that it had not flown over sensitive US government locations, they were satisfied that it did not pose a threat to air traffic or national security, as reported by NBC.
However, it is not clear if it is a weather balloon or if it could be some other type. The authorities are not clear about its ownership either, although they have ruled out that it belongs to China, as happened in February, when it shot down the plane over the Atlantic.
