A statement by an activist (35) from Regensburg in Bavaria (D) shows how far the climate stickers actually want to go. Accordingly, she even allowed herself to be sterilized for the climate.

“I am desperate”

When she explained to the judges that she could not take responsibility for bringing children into the world, the activist became visibly emotional. As reported by the media, she repeatedly burst into tears.

“I’m desperate. I’m scared,” said the climate gluer. She never thought she would commit a crime and face justice, but now she just saw no other way out. Compared to “what happened to us and our children will happen”, what you are being accused here is also “absolutely irrelevant”. She deplores the “inconvenience” for drivers, but she sees no other option.

Judgment not yet made

Her 48-year-old colleague, who also had to answer in court, shared the same opinion as the 35-year-old. Society is currently pushing its children “on a global school bus that has a 98 percent chance of being killed,” the activist said.

In the past, climate activists have repeatedly stated that they do not want children because of the environmental situation. They wouldn’t grow up in a world worth living in and would instead face a range of other environmental problems.
