The government of the Brazilian president, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, 38 percent approve of his administration in the first three months in powerworse than that recorded in the same period in his previous two terms, according to a poll published this Saturday.
The survey was conducted by the Datafolha Institute and adds that 29% of respondents describe the Government as “terrible”, while that 30% consider it “regular”.

25% felt that it “did what was expected”, and only 18% answered that he “did more than expected”.
Datafolha also measured the expectations of Brazilians regarding the future and 50% of those surveyed said they were convinced that Lula’s government will be “excellent or good,” compared to 27 percent who expect a “regular” term and another 21 percent who think his administration will be “terrible.”
According to Datafolha, the survey has a margin of error of two percentage points and was conducted between March 29 and 30, period in which 2,028 voters from 126 municipalities from all regions of the country were consulted.
