According to sources close to the former president, in closed-door meetings at Mar-a-Lago, Trump is evaluating how to use his possible arrest on a media level. For the tycoon and his team, the question arises whether it is better to leave smiling or not in the meeting with the media that would follow the arrest.
For the leader of the democratic minority in the House of Representatives, Hakeem Jeffries, The former president’s speech is “reckless, reprehensible and irresponsible”. Asked by NBC reporters about Trump’s statements, Jordan did not want to comment, explaining that he had not had the opportunity to see the former president’s post on the social network in which he talks about “death and destruction.” Then, when a reporter showed him Trump’s cell phone words, Jordan again declined to comment.
