Luise F.* (†12) from Freudenberg (D) was stabbed 30 times by two teenagers (12 and 13). It turns out that the younger of Luise’s two classmates could have planned the heinous act well in advance.

How “Focus” reported that she had pre-educated herself online on the subject of criminal immaturity. Detectives had found relevant documents during a house search. In Germany, criminal liability does not begin until the age of 14. So it can be assumed that the 12-year-old wanted to use her research to ensure that she would not face any legal consequences.

They wanted to choke Luise first

The portal also reports more details about the course of events: the two alleged perpetrators would have initially tried to suffocate Luise with a plastic bag. Failing that, the youngster took the knife and stabbed. After the attack, the two threw their victim from the bicycle path into an embankment. Luise bled to death there.

Since the crime almost two weeks ago, the detectives had been looking for the murder weapon for days – without success. The search for the knife is currently on hold until further notice. Hundreds of relatives, friends and neighbors said goodbye to Luise at the funeral service in the Evangelical Church in Freudenberg on Wednesday.

Parents have moved

Many questions are still unanswered. One thing is certain: the three girls were once best friends. Then there was bullying. The “image” reported that Luise was harassed shortly before her death. She had told an adult, after which the two alleged perpetrators wanted revenge on Luise. “Focus” writes that Luise apparently made fun of the character of one of the two teenagers. This would have been reason enough for the two to kill Luise.

The two girls are currently in a youth care institution. Their families have since left Freudenberg. The investigations are ongoing. (man)
