Some of the North Korean dictator’s “love” letters, as described by the former president himself, are part of the secret correspondence he carried to his Florida mansion

Letters to Trump (Letters to Trump) notes “amazing and often private” correspondence of the former president with “the biggest names in history”, from members of the royal family to politicians, athletes, entertainers and business people, for four decades. This is how the publisher Winning Team Publishing presents the publication on April 25 of a book with 150 letters that he sent Diana of Wales, Oprah Winfrey, Richard Nixon and Kim Jong-unamong others, which includes his comments on each of them.

It will go on sale for $99, rising to $399 if signed by the former Republican leader (2017-2021), in full fundraising campaign to retake the White House.

Some media have published previews of some of the letters that were “chosen by Trump himself”, such as the letter from a popular television host. Oprah Winfrey in which, before she became president, she wrote to him how it would be if they had both respond as candidates: “It’s a shame that we don’t appear in the elections. What a team”.

Three former presidents, Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton, and the wife of the third, Hillary Clinton, whom Trump defeated in the 2016 election, is a golfer Arnold Palmer and a singer Liza Minelli they also have their place in the book.

Trump once described as “love letters” the ones he got from the North Korean dictator Kim. Part of those secret letters that the millionaire tycoon took to his luxury Mar-a-Lago residence in Palm Beach (Florida) at the end of his presidential term, and because of which the Department of Justice launched an investigation into classified documents that are appropriate.

Trump and former US governor and UN ambassador Nikki Haley are now the only official contenders for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.

However, others are expected to announce soon that they are joining the internal race, such as Florida governor, Ron DeSantis, and former Vice President Mike Pence, who was Trump’s running mate in 2016 but became estranged after the Trump mob stormed the Capitol in January 2021.

Polls give Trump a comfortable lead over Haley and other potential candidates, with DeSantis in second place.

Winning Team Publishing has already published another book about Trump 2022. Our journey together (Our journey together).
