Ukrainian influencer and blogger Ksyusha Maneken cuts a fine figure on Instagram. The 30-year-old, whose real name is Oksana Voloshchuk, likes to hang out lascivious as a half-naked model – and has been awarded a medal by Ukraine’s military intelligence service. Only no one seems to know why.

This caused a sensation in the war country. Maneken tries to explain itself, the Secret Service tries to explain itself – and people ask what the model did to earn the medal. Speculation: Maneken is said to have worked as an escort for the Ukrainian Military Intelligence Service (GUR) to obtain important information from Russian circles.

Maneken received the order last October. This has only just become known. Maneken attended a meeting of bloggers in Kiev on Friday, which was also attended by presidential adviser Mikhailo Podoliak (51). She then boasted of her second-degree warrant «For support of the military intelligence service of Ukraine». Violent reactions immediately began to rain – and all kinds of affairs between the beauties and high-ranking Ukrainians are already being talked about on the internet.

Secret service is covered

Both the Secret Service and Maneken rushed to explain. On the official GUR side, the duties of the Ministry of Defense are said to be performed by many “non-public persons” as well. And “military intelligence – especially in a country at war – is a specific structure that sometimes performs very specific tasks”.

“Fortunately, very different representatives of our society are ready to help Ukraine with certain tasks,” Ukrainian media quoted the secret service as saying. “All instruments to achieve the stated goals must remain secret, at least until victory”. “For obvious reasons, the Secret Service cannot disclose all methods of its activities.”

Model responds with veil

For his part, presidential adviser Podoliak explained on Instagram that he had nothing to do with the GUR award and had not given anyone a “mystical assignment”. It’s all “fake news”.

Maneken also responded. Posted a new, very unusual photo of herself on Instagram. The otherwise barely veiled poses in a black cape. The words: “I see everything. I understand. I admit that.” After the war she will explain why she received this award.

Crimean controversy

Maneken certainly did not deserve the medal because of earlier statements. In 2015, the blogger explained on Instagram that she “doesn’t care who owns Crimea”. The main thing is that it is “quiet” there.

She wants to erase the day she was attacked like this, Maneken continues. She’s only human and she’s made mistakes. She wanted to apologize to everyone in Ukraine whose feelings she had hurt. She concludes with the words: “Crimea – this is Ukraine.”

Maneken is also encouraged. Under the real name of the blogger, someone angrily says: “There are many banking critics, but hardly any active people! Ask yourself what you can do to win! Stop spreading nonsense about our already suffering Ukraine! Start with yourself! “
