That’s why it became suspiciously quiet about “Putin’s bloodhound”.

What about “Putin’s bloodhound”, Ramzan Kadyrov (46), Come on? Aside from calls for the Kremlin to retaliate for the alleged skirmishes on Russian soil, Chechen leader Ramzan has been suspiciously quiet lately. Watson reports.

While Putin’s confidante regularly intimidated his opponents with threats at the beginning of the Russian invasion, he is hardly heard from anymore.

Mysterious Death of Companions

Now the first rumors are circulating about the tough Chechen ruler. He could be in hiding, among other things, because he recently lost two companions.

One of them is Abdul-Kerim Edilow († 31), at the time a former Ultimate Fighting Championship fighter and politician. Edilow recently passed away, the background of his death has not yet been clarified. The fighter seemed to enjoy Kadyrov’s full confidence. Not only was he hired for his private interests, but he also took charge of the Chechen chief’s three sons to train them as fighters.

The longer, the more Edilov took on more responsibility: Kadyrov appointed him first chief of staff, and then deputy prime minister of Chechnya. However, his lucky streak didn’t last long. As the portal continues to write, the former combatant would have been convicted of drug use a short time later and later tortured. According to the government, he then resigned “on his own initiative”. Then he died.

Kadyrov is said to be suffering from “serious kidney problems”.

As “The Guardian” reports, citing Mansur Sadulaev of the Chechen human rights organization Vayfond, Kadyrov could even doubtfully be behind his companion’s death. However, so far there is no evidence for this.

An equally whimsical death is Pyotr Chuvilin, a former adviser to the Chechen boss. According to the Russian media, he also died “under strange circumstances”.

But chaos isn’t the only thing around him. Kadyrov himself would not go well either. It is speculated that he is suffering from health problems. According to Kazakh journalist Azmat Maitanov, the ruler is “not doing well at all”. The reason: “serious kidney problems”. Therefore, the Chechen leader has largely abstained from public appearances lately. (dzc)
