The court demands ten years of probation with regular evidence of depot medication and psychotherapy, as well as avoidance of contact with children and young people, as the “Tagi” writes.

According to the court, the abuses had nothing to do with his Trychler activities. His psychiatrist, Andreas Frei, isn’t so sure. In the Tagesanzeiger he says: “It can be assumed that conspiracy theorists can confirm and expand a latent delusional system.”

Andy Benz’s lawyer spoke to the newspaper about the incident. The case has “nothing to do with the freedom fighters”. It was committed privately.
