After bomb attacks in Jerusalem: another victim died EU crisis meeting: France remains tough in dispute over refugees

Another victim has died a few days after two bomb attacks in the Jerusalem area. The man died of his serious injuries, a spokesman for the Schaarei Zedek Hospital said on Saturday evening. Israel’s outgoing Prime Minister Jair Lapid sent his condolences to the victim’s family on Twitter. The medical teams fought for his life until the last moment.

Bombs exploded at two bus stops in the Jerusalem area on Wednesday. A 16-year-old died the same day and at least 18 other people were injured. It is still unclear who was responsible for the attacks. So far, no group has known anything about it. The search is on-going, police said. The number of security forces around Jerusalem was expanded this weekend. The city has repeatedly been the scene of serious attacks in recent decades.
