The Kazakh president calls for peace in Ukraine

At a defense summit of former Soviet republics, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev (69) called for a peace agreement in Russia’s war against Ukraine.

Tokaev was speaking Wednesday at the summit of the Russian-dominated Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in the Armenian capital Yerevan. “As for Ukraine, I think it’s time for a collective search for a peace formula,” Tokayev said, according to his presidential office. Vladimir Putin (70) was also present at the summit.

“Every war ends with peace negotiations.” “The brother peoples of Russia and Ukraine should not be allowed to part for decades or centuries, with mutual incurable wounds.”

As Kazakhstan’s president calls for peace, Russia’s best propagandist fires at the country. Vladimir Solovyov (59) makes threats on his talk shows.

Kazakhstan is Russia’s “next problem”.

So, according to “Focus”, he says: “Let’s pay attention that Kazakhstan is the next problem. Because the same Nazi trials can start there as in Ukraine. And we have the longest border there. And a lot of Russians live there. And the nuclear fuel for Rosatom there too.”

The propagandist’s threats are usually empty. Time and time again he warms up the Russians in his show and makes dark demands on the Kremlin regime.

Putin has close ties with Kazakhstan

Meanwhile, Russian leader Vladimir Putin announced to his colleagues that he would speak about Ukraine behind closed doors. The newly re-elected Tokayev represents a close alliance with Moscow, but has previously criticized Russia’s offensive war against Ukraine.

The Belarusian head of state Alexander Lukashenko (68) also said at the summit that the bloodshed in Ukraine must come to an end. However, he claimed that Ukraine’s Western financiers would not allow it to negotiate. Lukashenko makes his land available to Russian troops for attacks on Ukraine. (euc/SDA)
