At a defense summit of former Soviet republics, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev (69) called for a peace agreement in Russia’s war against Ukraine.
Tokaev was speaking Wednesday at the summit of the Russian-dominated Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in the Armenian capital Yerevan. “As for Ukraine, I think it’s time for a collective search for a peace formula,” Tokayev said, according to his presidential office.
