The Russian president is said to have been diagnosed with both Parkinson’s and pancreatic cancer. That reports “The Sun”, citing emails from an employee of the Russian security service in the Kremlin, to which the British newspaper had access.
“I can confirm that he has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease at an early stage, but it is already at an advanced stage,” one of the posts reads. It is a fact, but it is “denied in every way” by the Russian rulers.
Putin is also regularly given heavy steroids to prevent the spread of pancreatic cancer, he is literally ‘full of them’. The Kremlin boss is also regularly given strong painkillers.
Reports of Putin’s supposedly ill health have been circulating for quite some time. Rumors that he suffers from Parkinson’s disease and cancer are also not new. Whether these rumors are true has never been confirmed for sure.
Putin’s medical record is a closely guarded secret, and the Kremlin itself has denied all reports that the president has been ill. Most recently, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in May that “reasonable people cannot see any signs of illness or ill health”.
This is exactly what US political adviser and special correspondent for the “Kyiv Post” in Ukraine, Jason Jay Smart, wants to have established. The marks on Putin’s hand are said to come from infusions given to the Russian president. In later shots, the hand is over-signed with a watermark so that details are no longer recognizable.

Videos released by 🇷🇺 Government News show what could be traces of IVs by Putin.
For the same event, the Kremlin released two videos: one with tons of watermarks (making the hand harder to see), the other without any shot from his hand. pic.twitter.com/a1mfs6hOud

In the past, Putin’s behavior in public appearances has sparked speculation. Photos circulated of Putin shaking, limping or clinging to a table, which were interpreted as signs of physical trouble. (against)
