Niclas Matthei (18), the German traffic regulations supervisor, has already filed more than 4,000 reports and declared himself ‘advertising master’. You can now share your passion for photographing illegal parkers and reporting them via the app from home, because now there is the “Advertiser Master Simulator”!

Just like ‘Germany’s greatest folk hero’, in the new video game ‘Fear and Terror’ you can sow fear and terror by cycling through a city and attacking as many illegal parkers as possible. The goal is to beat headmaster Matthei’s 4,000 ads. However, it is important to be careful: so-called ‘enemies of the constitution’ will try to stop the heroic actions – the only solution is to run away as quickly as possible. However, the game is currently only available for download as Windows software.

140,000 euros in fines

The 18-year-old became famous through a documentary by “Spiegel”. He proudly says that his advertisements generated around 140,995 euros in fines and warnings. He is used to complaints from people he catches parking illegally: when the police are called, he introduces himself as “advertiser Matthei” – the officers now know the teenager. Even Enrico Schilling (44), the mayor of Matthei’s hometown of Gräfenhainichen in Saxony-Anhalt, knows him – but does not speak well of him because of bizarre Petz actions.

But he doesn’t necessarily make friends with his hobby: he gets a lot of hate, not only online, but also in the real world. At the beginning of March he was allegedly violently robbed on an S-Bahn.
