Chiropractor Jake Boyle shares tips on how to improve your posture.

Chiropractor Dr. Jake Boyle is concerned about the young Generation Z. He publishes his research on Tiktok in which he compares spines from different generations. His findings are worrying. He appeals to the youth to correct their attitude. In addition to a hunchback, many young people already suffer from growths on the skull and joint diseases.

The spine of the older generation has a beautiful S-curve. However, in younger people you may see an almost straight or forward spine, as evidenced by the chiropractor’s x-rays. He blamed the poor posture on constantly staring at the mobile phone, sitting for long periods of time and lying incorrectly. Ligaments, tendons and muscles are heavily loaded when the head is tilted forward. The consequences are fatal. “The younger generation is quickly turning into old, crooked people,” says Dr. Jake Boyle.

The expert gives these tips

The Tiktok video has gone viral. More than 4.9 million people have already seen the images. Many users are concerned about their health. Others share their own tricks and tips, as one user writes: “Just visiting a gym has improved my posture tremendously. We’re not supposed to sit so much.” Others make further assumptions about how cell phones can affect our posture. Someone says, “Can you do the little finger now? Everyone puts it under the phone, I bet there’s a dent in it sit.

To avoid becoming a hunchback at a young age, the chiropractor has listed a number of tips to prevent this development. Place the screen at eye level, raise the keyboard accordingly, take frequent breaks when working at your desk, and keep your cell phone above eye level often. You should also stretch your head more often and move your body regularly. It is best to sleep on your back.
