Unconstitutional sabotage: investigation after Tesla attack Blur drummer wants to enter British Parliament for Labor

After the attack on the power supply of the only European Tesla factory in Grünheide near Berlin, the Public Prosecution Service is investigating unconstitutional sabotage. The investigation into the Tesla arson is also being conducted for disruption of public activities and arson, spokeswoman for the Frankfurt (Oder) public prosecutor’s office Carola Ochs said on Thursday.

“The investigations against unknown persons are still being conducted in all directions and are ongoing.” The Federal Attorney General has been informed of the proceedings. “He will decide whether to take charge of the investigation.”

Production at the Tesla factory will likely remain suspended until the end of next week. The company announced this on Wednesday evening. Plant manager André Thierig said on Tuesday that the economic damage is in the nine figures, i.e. hundreds of millions of euros. However, initially he just assumed there would be a failure this week.

Unknown perpetrators set fire to an electricity pole in a field on Tuesday, which is also responsible for supplying the Tesla factory. Production in Grünheide was therefore temporarily stopped. A left-wing extremist group said it was responsible for the attack. (rbu/sda/awp/or)
